To provide users with a quick and easy way to get to a library, add its link to the Quick Launch menu.

Below the Quick Launch menu, you can click on "EDIT LINKS" to add a static link; but a dynamic link is preferable as it’s much more functional.

To add a dynamic link to the Quick Launch, navigate to the library, go to the library settings, click on "List name, description and navigation", and under "Display this document library on the quick launch", select "yes".

You can move the link up or down on the menu depending on how frequently the library is visited.

Being a dynamic link, the link is updated automatically to reflect any changes made to the library name or location.

The short video below walks through the steps.
